There is no comparison between the shake weight and the bananna case.
The shake weight involves grabbing the middle of the product with both hands and vigorously pulling in a back and forth motion until the shaft is moving in an opposite direction of the head - and on multiple axis. The danger of straining something is very real even over a short period of time.
The bananna case, however, involves placing one hand gently around the bananna and sliding it deftly into the opening which is designed by diameter and shape to receive it. Once fully inserted to where the bananna is completely encircled it is allowed to touch the sides when jostled until it is time to remove it, unharmed and ready for whatever need one may have of it - including reinserting it into the bananna case.
