I cant seem to find what the General Settings\Realism Level (1.03) settings change.
There is, Simulator, optimal & Archade.
There is no mouse over help and I can not seem to find any information in the manual.

Same for difficulty settings Easy Normal & Hard.

Does anyone know what these levels change compared to each other?

Also what is the best place to get patches? I notice steam has a new one dated 24 March but Gamers Gate only list 15 March Patch.

Any help will be appreciated.

The realism and difficulty are just presets of the options that are below. you can set up one by one or just use the presets. You pretty much have to use the presets then after set, go threw the lists below to see what they changed. Or just set them up one by one and ignore the preset.
