Seems WOFF is slowly getting there, even without commercials! I wish you guys so much, that more people discover WOFF - I am sure there is a huge possible community, which still only needs to find it.
For an insider-tip music band, it takes at least 7 years to get a big enough community; for a WW1 sim it may well be double the time.

The full-realism claim process is complicated? With all respect, but I guess the writer never sent a real life claim to the real life brass. I made a claim today, and my wingman was right behind me and the perfect witness - and the claim was confirmed right after leaving the mission manager. After all, it is the "full realism" claim. The people can choose 2 easier ways - two! What's the problem?

From that article: "The true joy of the game is taking your pilot though a campaign and watching as he either dies or survives, winning medals and accolades. Be warned though, I have found that the chance of being killed in combat is about equal to what it was for a real World War I pilot—roughly 75%!" And you can say that again Woff is not easy like some simulators.

Every review WOFF has received has been extremely complimentary of this amazing WW1 flight sim. And well they should be. Wings Over Flanders Fields is far and away the best single-player flight sim I've ever seen and unquestionably the best achievable with the current generation of pc's. That in itself is something for the team do be proud of. But when you consider the weak foundation upon which they built this Taj Mahal their accomplishment is even more amazing.
SALUTE TO ALL!

I keep tryimg to get the folks at DCS to give this site a try.
They are not the kind supportive folks we find here and not into realistic "like it was then" flight sim, but thought it was worth a try.
I realy wanted the F-86, but DCS has so many issues, it was a no go for me.
Origin made- silverstone case,ASUS Max VI Extreme , CPU intel Core i7 4770k, cooling asotex 570LC, NVIDA 3G GTX 780 Ti , Mem 16GB Kingston Hyper X DDR3 ,game drive 120GB INTEL X25 SS, OS drive 1TB, Win 7 home Prem.Logitech G105 key board,BenQ XL2430 Gaming Monitor. Here is a quote from the acepilots web site "World War One Airplane Games Similarly, there is a dearth of WW1 airplane games. The market just isn't there, especially in the first-person shooter category (the most popular). Gamers want constant action, a wide variety of weapons, multiple opponents, and unpredictable complex environments. The action of a fighter pilot in his 100MPH wooden airplane, firing a single .30 caliber machine gun at a single type of opponent in an empty sky just doesn't offer enough complexity. Maybe I exaggerate, and there is a great unfilled demand for WWI fighter pilot games that just haven't been developed. " http://acepilots.com/wwi/main.htmlThere doesn't seem to be a way to contact them but maybe someone should tell them about WOFF and maybe even ROF?
