Can't wait to try it! The M4A1 is already good, for a Tier II tank, but a bit more of canon power wouldn't hurt.

Well, would suggest gunning for the M4A2 version quickly. Same BR but without that major weakness at the front, with the 'shoulders' curving in. That's what I'm doing. Then add in a Jumbo and you got a very nice setup.

How's the 105mm of the jumbo dealing with armor?

I don't believe there is a 105mm Jumbo? Unless I'm remembering incorrectly. There's the first 75mm and the upgraded 76mm version. Both guns are kinda weak for the battlerating they are placed in. The first Jumbo's 75mm sits in a tier where even US tanks have 127mm(max value)+ with HE filler shells. The Jumbo can't even muster 110mm with its weaker AP shell.

So you need to rely on the additional armour to get in closer or bunker down, take out crew members. You definitely need to know individual tanks' weak spots to get the most out of it. However once you've met a Jumbo in a 4.x tank, you know what they are capable of withstanding.

Man, the US tank selection for a 'straight BR' setup is terrible. The BR ratings are all over the place. So I picked up a Premium to pad the 6.7 range (it's 6.3 but moving up to 6.7 next patch).

My new M26E1 with probably the meanest shell I've had the pleasure of using to date.
