I don't think there was a black hole there. The middle shot is a white dwarf and the last one a neutron star.

Lighthead - Nice shots and it is great to see someone other than SDE and myself post on this thread. I see your dbx is yellow. Is that a bought skin or were they taken before they changed the default colour?

Cheers bailout! Yeah that's a purchased skin. I think I've bought a skin for every ship I fly in game.. iClipper, iCourier, and the Dbx. I also went and got the blue weapons colour for my trip to the Orion constellation. I figured the blue would glitter better when I was firing my beams off the shoulder of Orion as part of my Roy Batty tribute.

I heard that 2.2 has gone back into Beta testing with some pretty big weapons changes (gimbals angle under 25% now).

I'm tempted to get an Asp Explorer again now that they have fin packs for them. A friend of mine I fly with picked it up and I must say it seriously improves the look. Now if only they can release a sound pack for the engines!

LightHead - Other than a single skin for my Asp the T6 skins are the only ones I have bought. I would have bought more if they sold them singly instead of in packs.

Not following the latest changes tbh I can't remember the last time I fired a weapon in ED. I am rubbish at it and just run away now.

And between the Courier and Fer-de-Lance... For me it's definitely the Fer-de-Lance. I just didn't really get along well with the Courier back when I had one.

Small ship love

Out near Maia. Found a Farragut Battle Cruiser near one of the PRE Research Sites. It was fairly low, you can see it down below the horizon in my first screenshot, below the binary planet.

Maia eh? Watch out for Thargoids round them parts.

I love how the angle on that second shot makes the Farragut look tiny.
