Last night while poking about on my hard-drive hoping to find some CFS3 files for modding, I found (in C:/>Program Files>Microsoft Games>Flight Sim 9>Aircraft/Gauges>Lohner) what appears to be a lovely Lohner Type M seaplane. I must have downloaded it somewhere in the past and forgotten it. Anyone know how to import it into WOFF?

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. But in practice, there is.

Load it into your aircraft folder and then create a custom mission to fly it in. There are other such creations that stumpjumper put together as well quite some time ago for OFF Phase 1. I should add that WOFF may or may not recognize it. It worked in OFF but I've not tried it in WOFF.

Oh wait Hauksbee, is that a mod for Flight Sim 9? CFS3 is a standalone and only CFS3 models will work with OFF and/or WOFF.

As far as I know, they made planes for FS9 and FSX
I recall FS9 planes being imported to CFS3. Memory is fuzzy about it.

I asked the guys at SimOH about it. Apparently it can be done, but I was advised that modeling a new plane from scratch would be about as easy. I rather like the boney look of the Lohner, but not that much.
