Playing and loving this game! *EDIT* After reading the last comment I suddenly realised the title to my post doesn't make the name of the game very clear! It's... "NAVAL ACTION" by Game Labs.

This was a PVP game with some big hitters ( a couple of Victories among others ) and as usual I didn't last long, but decided to hang around and take some screenies. Hope you like!

Looks great, too bad the dang preorders system is down due to Paypal having a fit. I'll have to play some total war to get the sailing ship explosions out of my system!

Glorious pictures! How did you create a panoramic type picture size?

Thanks for the nice comments, that's really appreciated.

I wish I could say that as a technological genius I worked some kind of magic post production... However all I did was press the screen shot button. My res is with three monitors in eyefinity that runs at 5040x1050, so that's the ratio you see once shrunk down to a more manageable size. (The default images were about 4 meg or so.)

I always think that screen shots look more stretched then they actually appear on screen, but they can look quite nice when you get a good composition and you get a fair wind and following seas. biggrin

Thanks for all the positive comments guys!

@Blade_RJ, its called "Naval Action" by Game-Labs - http://www.navalaction.com/#ageofsail

Its in Alpha testing and I think you can pre-order it from their web site. At the moment they are releasing access keys in stages so you may have to wait for a bit before you get sent an activation even if you have bought the pre-order.

As its in development I understand that they are building the player base slowly. ( Note - This is my understanding - if anyone in the know can chime in and correct me please do ).

Exactly. If we were allowed personal tags at SimHQ I'd wear something like this.
