Haha nice, great game back in those days, one of the rare game that remembers Willie Pete grenades are not just for incendiary or illumination, white phosphorus continues to burn your skin as long as it has oxygen, and it was one of the weapons I feared when I was in the military.

I've got all the R6 games installed via steam, still play them on a regular basis.
Love the planning, the team selection, kit selection, waypoint placing and the final execution of the plan to see if it all comes together.
Mind you, some of them don't have all those options anymore, then they just became run of the mill shooters... sigh

Yeah. Mucho nostalgia vibes when I think of playing Rainbow 6 the first time. It truly was a game that made sense having "Tom Clancy" in the title. Dark, political themes, military units with real names and backgrounds, weapon and kit selection, globe spanning mission locations, multitudes of mission-types, mission planning, original score that perfectly fits and a game that just had an overall atmosphere about it.
