Anybody with a outdated graphics card on there laptop
This may be a solution if you don't want to buy a new Machine.
If anybody tried one of theses what's you review of it

The Alienware Graphics Amplifier transforms your notebook into a desktop gaming rig.
Once connected to the Alienware Graphics Amplifier, the Alienware 13 notebook can take advantage of the raw performance generated by a single discrete desktop graphics card installed within the Graphics Amplifier.

Connect multiple external displays to the Alienware Graphics Amplifier along with your favorite peripherals like a mouse, keyboard, gamepad or even an external hard drive via the four, powered, USB 3.0 ports. With a single cable connection, your Alienware 13 will be amplified into an even more powerful desktop gaming battle station.

I'm not sure if the thing works with just any notebook, if that's what you're alluding to. I haven't spent a lot of time googling this thing (and what I found didn't touch the issue I'm going to comment about next). The thing is, somehow the 3D scene's geometry and texture data must be transmitted from the notebook into the external "amplifier" thing; I'd expect some PCIe extension and I wouldn't know other notebooks that have such a port to connect to the external graphics card. But maybe they are using a different bus for geometry I/O, so what do I know.

But I'd definitely look into this issue before purchasing this "amplifier".

Another factor for consideration is the notebook's CPU capacity (the Alienware 13's standard dual core CPU seems to be a bit of a limiting factor) and the noise level that the external housing and the notebook produce combined while you're gaming. Maybe closed earphones are the answer.
