I have it loaded and ready to go. Just have to actually get some time to play it.

It's a great simulation of a great airplane!

Now go get some mods and dress her up.

Ice, chill :-)

Her = the sim in my mind. That's why I showed a picture of a terrain mod.

Maintenance?

That just won't work. I have no prayer of learning BMS if you're birds out of commission! What happened?

Bump mapping in the cockpit would be nice though. Then we could get some nice weathering effects. One thing thats really killing immersion for me is flying a "showroom floor" version of a Viper. Gimme a war horse any day of the week!

Great shots for a very dated sim. I am amazed at how well this sim keeps progressing. I am so glad I kept my original game with 3 ring bound manual. I may have to dig this out when I finally get home from Korea. Thank you for sharing.

I don't know really. I had a big fiasco with my last crew chief; simple stuff would break down like lightbulbs would be out for a good few missions at a time, or my CMS programs would be out of whack. When you're coming in for a runway attack and your chaff and flare dispensers are quiet, well, let's just say he's lucky his head is still on his neck.

I guess this is his way of getting back to me. I suspect my current crew chief to be buddies with him which is really the only way I can explain the extended downtime. I've put in a request for a different guy, but you know how slow these things take.

For now, I'm just enjoying a little R&R.

screwy
