The price drop was 50 USD. How is that enough for people to say they can buy it? Or is it not an afford thing but a cheaper than PS4 thing?

I think it's a combination of the price now being competitive with PS4, having the option to not pay for a Kinect for those that don't want to use it, good exclusive games out now finally, and bundles that include decent games and make it a great deal.
I'm glad to see things even out, Sony seems to have gotten a bit too comfy and lazy with their lead and competition is good for all of us.

with the price drop M$ has tripled it's Xbox ONE monthly sales... and now with many great games coming, it's looking pretty damn good for old M$. hell I own 2 now, that first one and the new 1TB ONE I bought last week on sale.  One for the living room and one on my desktop. They are still 3 months behind Sony.. They are outselling PS4 in November and October though. When XBO and PS4 were both $399, people chose PS4 cuz it was more powerful etc. (Marginally TBH). Now that it's $50 Cheaper than PS4, you get the console, whatever games that come with a new console purchase, +$50 more to buy something else (Game, accessory, etc etc).

Definately gonna have to get an external drive.
Less than 24 hours and the HDD is already over halfway full.
w/.the 2 AC games Destiny abd Forza HorizoN II
And thats without Halo:MCC.
Tryin' to look through the HDD to see if somethings came pre installed, but Im used to the XB360. Dashboard, so I keep.hitting the wrong buttons or lookin for stuff in the wrong section.

I think its the 500, out of the box it had 380.something GB free.

XBone only has a 500gb hdd. Which evidently you only get 362gb because the system reserves 138gb.

Having both the XB1 and PS4 and the XB1 filled up first for me, thankfully I had a 512GB portable USB3 drive that I could plug into it for now until I pick an 3-4TB drive for it when I see a good sale on one.

Debating if I want to patch my Set top through it..
I can run Component to my HDTV's as an alternate if I dont want to use the XBO.
I kinda just want to play with features
Will prolly get a Kinect after the house renovations are done.
TBH, I mainly wanted a BluRay Player..lol ,
But my brother wanted some.games... So,
Oh yeah, big difference between X360 and XONE games, visually, the XONE games simply look sharper on both my 1080p TV AND THE 4K TV.
