Having my first opportunity to deal with OBD support I have to say that it is first class. They were Johnny on the spot with everything. Being ignorant of computer ways, and sure it showed, they were patient and understanding and never once condescending, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks folks, you are a pleasure to deal with. I just wonder when they ever sleep!
