I could not stop watching that, I almost did, then the black car moved.

That was painful to watch, but I see just as bad every day where I live.

Hand-over-hand steering ability especially is like a super power gift only bestowed on the chosen few out here.

Can that truly be real and not a prank?

Dyslexic driver, had no idea how to turn the other way. OMG. I need to set-up closed circuit in
my garages, you have seen nothing until you have a 98 year old driver figure out how to get out
and in of my underground garages. Takes about as long and I feel for my residents who did not see
what happened to their cars.

For what ever reason, this person could not turn to the left. jawdrop

I hope they sued his/her ass off for the damage to the red car - the video is in HD and the number plate easily visible.

I like how after the black car pulled away she acted like it was still there!

There is a TV program here called Canada's Worst Drivers. It will make you cringe.

There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB.
The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed.
There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

I tend to agree - most of those particularly egregious cases are under the influence of some substances, some of which may be medication, others probably not. I can't get myself to believe that it's all a case of ineptitude or "woman drivers" (even though I accept the fact that some people apparently have impaired 3D perception and or a general ignorance towards how technical stuff works in general.

I mean, just ask a random dozen people how electricity comes into the wall outlet, or what electricity itself actually is. Or what 4% of 360 are, while we're at it.

This is why I say the driver's licensing system is completely broken and needs a massive overhaul.
By my estimate, 2/3 of licensed drivers have no business driving, ever. Those who can actually drive should be able to demonstrate things like:
Knowing how big your car is, and when you're too close and when you actually have an entire CAR LENGTH of space
Knowing how to drive in weather that isn't clear and sunny, including not suddenly aging 50 years because it rained a little
Understanding that parking is supposed to occur between the lines
Understanding that passing involves speeding up to go around a car and then resuming prior speed...NOT slowing down to 1.5mph faster while passing and then as soon as you are clear resuming your 15mph over the speed limit travel
Likewise if your pass is going to take over 30 seconds to complete, why are you bothering to pass? Just go the same speed already
Green lights in an intersection do NOT require hitting the brakes in anticipation of a yellow that may be over a minute away
Driving at the identical speed to a car in the next lane is NOT appropriate, and asking for an accident, as you can either get in front of or behind that car and continue at that speed, instead of holding up two lanes' worth of traffic

LOL, a few weeks ago I had to go downtown and thus parallel park the F-150. A lady on the sidewalk looked at me with what could be considered minor awe and asked how I did it.

"Side mirrors," I replied.

[blank stare]

I will confess to pulling into spots that are blank on either side in a parking lot, though, and sometimes riding one of the lines in a spot if I'm lazy or in a hurry.

My latest gripe is school zone drivers. Not the ones who speed through school zones (who have a special spot in Hell), but the ones who can't read the times when they're in effect. Saturday I was on the way to work and this idiot damned near locked up his brakes to slow for the school zone. No school on weekends, jerk, keep doing 45. Bonus: it was raining so he fishtailed in the road. Buddy, you just earned four car lengths distance between you and I.

How about a size system for licenses, because proving to the examiner's satisfaction that you can drive a Focus, Yaris, or Accord doesn't mean you can drive a minivan or fullsize pickup. And I think you should need a trailer endorsement as well, I see so many people who don't realize everything from acceleration time to turn radius changes with a trailer.
