So, what are you eating tonight? Or what did you already eat? Some prefer to eat before sitting down at the PC/console to do an evening's gaming, others like to play first. Either way, there are some evenings when gaming and eating seem like a singular event - one that you plan while at work. The perfect gaming session followed by the perfect meal - or vice versa. So for Letterboy, tonight's meal is on a budget . . . but delicious. Pork riblets by Banquet - Half an onion sliced. White bread - regular loaf or some kind of sandwich bun French fries - your choice A salad - tonight it will be a Caesar's Salad for me. You can probably see what I am getting at. I am faking a McRib Sandwich meal. Except the salad part. I added a salad because it is a great tool to help the processed pork and fries to keep moving through my digestive system. Okay, as you might have noticed, this is not a diet recommendation. This is about what you love to eat.

letterboy1, in the most loving way I can say this, I would suggest you talk to your doctor, and maybe see about adjusting your meds.
Just saying.

I had some thinly sliced Genoa salami with crackers and pesto. Followed up with a large glass of cab for my blood pressure.

Dang it! I thought I had an onion but I used it for another meal. Oh well, it was still tasty.
@Li'lJugs - I never hesitate to get advice from my doctor. You know those commercials where they tell you to ask your doctor if your heart is healthy enough for sex? Well, I do that several times a week. He usually replies with, "How the hell did you get this number?" And I'm like, "Hurry up, I found a good one on PornHub!" Heh heh, he acts like he's annoyed but his office still charges me with the co-pay.

Your cardiologist loves you. Pshhh, I only had two of them on a bun and some oven baked fries. Ordinarily I eat pretty healthy, but when it's time for a little comfort food I like to make it tasty.

I couldn't eat anything with the name Banquet on it ever again. About 20 years ago I ate some chicken wings from them and all it tasted like was "death". Serious, that's the only word that could describe the taste. Something with bones, had died and sat too long. Banquet seasoned it. Froze it, boxed it up and sold it. I bought it and consumed it and regretted it... regretted it for 20+ years.
I learned to cook after that watching Justin Wilson, the Galloping Gourmet and Jeff Smith.
