I was just reading some comments in the Screenshot Section that indicate SweetFX needs to be installed in addition to WOFF 2.0. Is this correct?

SweetFX is NOT built in.

Just to be clear: Aris Fuser's Cloud Mod, and AnKor's Self Shadowing are built in?

Umm Ankors stuff is built in as evident in our features list and screenies for the past few months - its even in workshops - lots of options there if you care to look.

Aris Fusers clouds will be included in next patch.

AnKor's Self Shadowing - yes

Where some of the confusion may be is that you no longer need to do the "add DX 8./ DX 9" thing because Ankor's mod already adds that. You need the rest of the stuff though; the Sweet FX program itself and the the 1.51 presets/patch.

This was all by memory and I ain't had time to play with it or WOFF so someone please correct me if I am off base.

Nope.
There is a recent thread here by OvS that gives pretty good instructions and links for all you need.

EDIT: In fact the thread is two spots below currently.

WOFF EXPANSION includes the very latest AnKor DX9 mod - it isn't released anywhere else at the moment.
We worked with him to add features to WOFF and vice versa specially.

You do not need to install anything else on top.

Swwetfx is NOT included and nothing to do with us.
