The problem with Ubisoft currently is that whatever they give away to make up for a botched release, it's right out of the frying pan into the fire*. For many customers, Far Cry 4 took 3 patches just to get it running (black screen on start-up due to
any USB peripherals - especially
Logitech keyboards and mice - somehow crashing the game).
Starting with Watch Dogs, they consistently keep releasing games at least 3-4 months too early. And then they rush out the patches apparently without testing them thoroughly enough. The latest ACU patch introduced a bug that messes with the TOD lighting settings, which at first looked to many players like a graphics downgrade (on
all platforms).
Ubi seems to be trying hard to take EA's spot as the most hated company.
*At least if you are a PC user. And already own Black Flag.
