As you can see this 109 crashed at Calais. I've always really like the nose of this one ever since I saw it in my Edward Bishop Battle of Britain book. You could buy a series of these books for about a $2.50 each in the 60s and early 70s. Ya I'm old. Any in the book there is a Luftwaffe man in swim trunks but he is out of frame here helping to get this thing out of the water. They did retrieve it.

Hackl just an FYI -if you slow the time compression down two or three notches and pause the game, the propeller blades blur nicely. This will not work if the epilepsy filter is ON
