Looks like a Kitfox or similar homebuilt.
In all my years I've never seen the like. It has to be more than a hundred sea miles and he brings us up on his tail. That's seamanship, Mr. Pullings. My God, that's seamanship!

it was raining earlier and they didn't want a long walk to the house to muddy their shoes.
Glad the outcome was better than what it could have been.

Pilot would have gone for the field past the house except for those damned high power tension wires. Looks like he went short to the field in front and ran out of turf before airspeed.
But not much though, and he went into full stall as he hit the house, nose high. Gear through the top of the house. In other words, a very good three pointer when adjusting to the pitch of the roof.
That is a helluva pilot. Unless the reason he had to go off-airport is that he ran out of fuel, of course.
The opinions of this poster are largely based on facts and portray a possible version of the actual events. More dumb stuff at http://www.darts-page.comFrom Laser: "The forum is the place where combat (real time) flight simulator fans come to play turn based strategy combat."

Yeah, it certainly looks like a Kitfox. Nice little airplane. Very fun to fly.
