Im thinking of adding a circular forward frame rail to my Jedi Pit

may not be the correct term, where the SHOOT lamp is on a F15 or the mirrors would be on the A10....

just a rough estimate of diameter or radius, it won't be accurate, but i'm thinking of adding a spitfire like rear view lcd or real mirrors for people sneaking up on me in flight

just thought id ask, im looking at building a curved screen eventually and looking at cutting curved ring parts from MDf got me thinking of cockpit frames and real HUDs.....

i've just gone thru a Phoenix AZ summer with no air con in the car.....i know about heat

and technically we came up with "mate" first biggrin

Its one of two designs for the full sized shooting cockpits of the Xwing from the Star Wars films.This one was only seen in a deleted scene..

Fortunately the Mk I Viper I've got in mind is the "new" BSG version and doesn't have unobtainium flight controls. smile

Yep but its not mine..LOL just some good reference info I got from a friend who just bought himself a cockpit off one.
New BSG Viper stick is a Saitek or Thrustmaster I think.Have some pics somewhere..
