If you mean running infantry etc., all was already there since day 1 .

Does anyone have any close up video of advancing troops? All my sorties and I've never gotten to watch them!

I got fired as the door man at a sperm bank.
Apparently it's in poor taste to tell leaving customers "Thanks for coming."

Never knew there was even tanks roaming around. eek2 All I have ever noticed is trucks and trains. Now I will have to be on the lookout.
On a side not,I just lost my 3 mission in Snipe Pilot.Wow what a ride the Snipe is and had a blast even as short lived as it was.

That said I have been wanting to try out a Nieuport 17 for awhile now. biggrin

Hi,

I was inspired by the book, which I was recently bought from Amazon "Black Fokker Leader: Carl Degelow-The First World War's Last Airfighter Knight"...

Cheers! salute

Stiffy;

Glad you are having so much fun. You seem to be posting all over this forum when you're not flying and that is great also.

By the way, I recommend you download the "WOFF User Backup Utility" from the "User Mods" section of the official WOFF site.
Go there and read about it. It may save your precious pilots in the event of a disaster. Here is the link:

Hah, yes I used to post all over the OFF forum too. I looked at the mod, still not decided if I want to ditch DiD. It is annoying sometimes to lose a pilot but it also makes the game more tense if you know it's a risk. Chugging along in a Parasol in the relative safety of 1915 at the moment, might change my mind when I run into a fokker wink

Actually the program is not a mod. it is a stand alone backup utility. you decide when to use it. I will say that there is nothing worse than being in a long running DiD campaign only to lose your pilot due to a hard drive failure or file corruption.
Restoring your pilots under those circumstances would not deter from your DiD approach.

Think carefully about it. If you are committed to DiD you will not unnecessarily restore a pilot.

True Stiffy, but your rear gunner has a great arc to shoot from, they are deadly.
Hope you have a good one.

I started a campaign 15 October 1918 to see if I can survive the war (and became an ace in that interval).

3/4 SPADs attacked our 7 Fokker formation, inflicting some damages. I managed to shoot one of them, but as I was RTB, thinking I was in a safe area, one caught me and I crashed land and died. smile
