Hey do i install the fokker and skin pack after 1.26 or before 1.26 ? or it doesnt matter?

Could be right, but usually a good practice when installing games and patches to start with the oldest and finish with the newest files so that overwrites are done in this order.

OldHat, you are so correct with "patches", but the skin pack is an add on and so can be done at any point.

It doesn't matter, it's designed to work with any WOFF version but of course we recommend the latest, if there are special instructions we'd always say so on the download section.
