Hello there! (read in Scott Manley's voice)

I restarted playing KSP with the .25 update and watch a lot of tutorials to get to other planets(only getting to the Mun was becomming boring) and so far I'm quite succesfull(was able to get to Duna and Eeloo).

The thing is, I suck BIG TIME at building rockets/rover/pods/etc.

I know there are some here that do amazing things, and was wondering if you would share your .craft so I can continue to explore spaaaaaaaace

Also, why sometimes when I click on EVA, I get about 50% chance that the Kerbals will not grab the ladder and fall/get separated without me doing anything?

My guess on the eva is that the rocket is maneuvering or under acceleration. Even if you have a slight throttle set it will knock a kerbal off. Or if your RCS is maneuvering to hold a position.
