Thanks for doing this stuff RAAFSpitty. Thought you might like to see one of your creations put to use. I re-vamped my own Hawker Hurricane fuel tank selector switch. This is a 3-position click switch that has been bastardised to allow your switch to replace the original. My plates are knocked up in MS Publisher. Not the real thing, but they do the job. Keep up the great work with the parts.

Strewth Spitty. That was quick. Don't know if you need the following to refine the "tit" (not being rude, its what the Pilots called the red pull switch) you have already done? Can you do the backplate as well? As can be seen on one photo, it was actually mounted on to a square plate. This in turn was screwed over an instrument "hole" in the instrument panel. This is all I have. Maybe Sokol1 might have some pics? Will order if you can do the backplate as well? Need to buy the rudder trim wheel while I'm at it. Cheers Blue

Spitty,
Any chance you could take a look at some of my designs and give me feedback on the polycount and such? I have designed some parts in TurboCad, but I'm unsure about what polygon resolution I need for the part to print well... Do you upload as STL?
What 3D design software do you use?
Poly count isn,t an issue with Shapeways just file size and wall thickness plus the "bounding box",physical size.Yes STL is what I upload the file is,making sure I tick the correct unit of measurement. Its free to join Shapeways and setup your own shop. I primarily use BrisCAD for 2D work and for 3D I use ProDesktop. Strewth Spitty. That was quick.

Hahahaha yeah I,m an impatient wretch so try and get stuff done quickly if I can.Looks like I have to reduce the edge chamfer and yep I can do the back plate as well. Was hard finding a good side view of the button so had to wing it a bit. This is what I used.
