Wow, you make professional photos, Corsaire! I'll bookmark them.

Never seen the Breguet "Alize" before. The prop almost seems too small - is that a turbo-prop craft?

The Bronco is interestingly different from the one we have in the Luftwaffe Museum Berlin-Gatow:
while "ours" has a quite high main gear, but shorter front gear (which causes a noticable forward-
down angle), this one stands quite levelled.

Thanks, I try to do my best... smile2

The Breguet Alizé was a submarine hunter based on aircraft carrier. (This explains the folding wings). You can see the electronics dome under the plane, and it could hold torpedoes or depth charges inside.

It is a turboprop, 1950 hp at take off with water/methanol injection. 89 planes built between 1957 and 1962, among which 12 were sold to India. In 1997 24 planes were still used in France for coastal watch, the last one was removed from service in 2000.

Thank you for the detailed info, Corsaire!
In Berlin-Gatow we have only one big Breguet - the Breguet "Atlantic".

A turbo-prop with possibly similar tasks as the "Alizé" could have been this aircraft -
can you identify it?
