It's looking nerve-wrackingly scary. It does look scary, I don't necessarily do well in these scary games as I wear out pretty quick At my age I need more 'therapeutic' gaming, where I can relax and collect flowers or meditate and create potions

And just what might that age be? I just turned 69 and if my Verizon DSL (Damned Slow Link) weren't so slow, I'd get it in a heartbeat. As it is I have to wait, and hope, for a US boxed edition.

Yep, I can identify. I don't do well with these scary games either, but in the case of Aliens I am drawn uncontrollably.

The ones I've read indicated the game has really good bits, with boring bits interspersed to help pad it out. So it takes over a dozen hours to play, but maybe 1/3 of it is the stuff that makes you glad you're playing it and the other 2/3 is a bit of a drag.
