Relative newbie.
I have - on a now busted laptop, played IL2 series as well as LOMAC - Flaming Cliffs.
I really want to get back into it, so I am looking at a new computer.
I travel a lot, so it needs to be a laptop.
I ain't the best when it comes to understanding RAM, Graphics cards etc.
LOMAC, FC2 and FC3 would be my primary interests.
Janes IAF is a little down the road, but always liked the Mirage III
I will be getting a TrackIR 5
I have a
Saitek Cyborg F.L.Y 5
My two primary choices for laptops are the following:

Will these have any issues with the LOMAC family (windows 8)
Which is the better of the two? The touchscreen is attractive long term for Janes IAF - it is the more expensive of the two but within budget.
