It doesn't look to bad, some of the Nieuports can be tough. It gets easier with practice.

winner haha thanks man that made me feel good.WOFF is amazing with its pic opportunities. This E.I career so far is more like a superb scenery flight sim than a combat sim with 3 flights with no contact but just beautiful lush mountains to view.

If I'da blinked, I'da missed it:

There was nothing remarkable about it. I didn't even record it. I spotted a scrum with one of our boys and an Albatros in our territory and decided to investigate. By the time I got there, both parties had had enough and were heading for home. I followed the German, slowly losing ground to him. Before he got too far out, I gave him a burst and he started maneuvering. I was able to ever so slightly close. I gave him another burst and this must have cut his fuel lines, for his prop conked out shortly thereafter and he made a reasonable landing. Imagine my surprise when I learned that our charming little aristocratic guest was one of the enemy's most promising pilots. Alas, it was not too be. I went in to check on him in his tent a bit later and like Sinter Klaus himself, the young pilot had vanished. Somehow, I think I'll be hearing from him again...

Cool Rick!

Nice screen shots Wolfstriked!
My DiD pilot was flying an EIII down there. Great scenery, but it can be tricky to land in an emergency!

No, he was mostly just trying to get away. I chipped away at him with a few shots and got a lucky hit on his fuel lines. Thought it was just a regular pilot until it was confirmed the next day...
