Maybe you guys can help me out. My problem is the supplied information and materials for missions is usually poor. For example in most campaigns you aren't given take off times, waypoints, ect. unless you go into the mission planner and figure this all out for yourself.

Is there anything like the weapons delivery planner from Falcon that does the same thing in DCS?

I agree - I think many of the missions and campaigns could use further fleshing out. There are a lot of user created missions that have fantastic briefings with photos, etc.. I made a suggestion to ED that they update the briefing capabilities so that the picture sizes aren't constrained, and perhaps include links to expand on information.

Great example of a brief that sucks you in: Gori Valley

That's how to do it..

Great idea.

I wouldn't mind seeing something where the engine would determine the headings/distances/altitudes/waypoint types of the player selected aircraft and dynamically put it in spreadsheet form so you always have that information with the briefing hotkey. Another nice feature for the ME would be (for something like packages to be escorted) to have a checkbox with the flight that says "Display Waypoints in all Briefings" so that this flight would also show up regardless of what aircraft you selected.

The average naval aviator, despite the sometimes swaggering exterior, is very much capable of such feelings as love, affection, intimacy, and caring. These feelings just don't involve anyone else.
