This is probably showing off my ignorance but here goes...
The Backup Utility readme says it is for backing up your pilots when you re-install WOFF.
Will it also backup your pilots for when your daughter suddenly screams and you jump up from the computer to go take care of the situation and forget to pause {coming back later to find your plane a pile of ash under a tree}....or when your wife announces it is time to go to dinner and you're six miles inside enemy territory?

OK, I finally got it working.
I had a problem running it after installing. The problem was a loose nut behind my keyboard. Once I stopped being such an idiot, I got it to work.
Thank You. Rock, thanks for putting a smile on my face!! Been there, done that!

Or perhaps View might be more appropriate. I usually find myself behind the keyboard....and slow trucks....and the curve....and my wife {I like the view}.

I have two WOFF installations (just in case) and I use the backup utility to keep the pilots in both on sync. The files are always saved to C, but I have an installation there and another on an R drive.

Don Wiggins,since we are on about the WOFF User Backup Utility,I used it again last night and I am noticing it keeps saying pilot_dosier.txt file not found.Any idea why? Wolf, that is because one of the pilot_dosier.txt files is missing on your drive. There should be one for every pilot. You can try to find it, or delete the pilot associated to it.

Folks;
I know a few of you have said that you forgot to run the backup after your missions and this is easy to do during the enthusiasm of running back to back missions.
I am looking for a couple of adventurous people to test a latest upgrade to the WOFF User Backup utility. I have added some simple code that will allow you to start WOFF immediately from within the Backup utility after the backup or restore completes. You will no longer need to use the WOFF desktop icon to start WOFF. The Backup utility itself has not been altered, I have just added another step at the end to allow you to say Yes or No to starting up WOFF.
The idea here is to ensure you don't forget to backup/restore your WOFF files by making this the starting point every time you fly WOFF.
If you are interested trying this, please PM me.
Best Regards;

Quick question guys - I installed the Backup utility yesterday and followed the instructions. The problem I am getting is after I state which drive my WOFF install is on (in my case D). I get a notice "WOFF not installed on D drive" (or something to that effect - sorry at work right now).
Anyone else experience this/have a resolution? I've removed and installed a number of times and no luck.
PS - first time on the forum but have been playing this exceptional sim for the past couple months! One of the best sims I've ever experience! RocketRM, PM me with a screen cap windows explorer showing your directory tree where WOFF is installed and I will dialogue with you to resolve it. Best Regards;
