Not sure if anyone else has revisited Diablo3 now that they've greatly improved the skills and loot from the disappointing game on release, I've actually been enjoying revisiting it now especially with the Adventure mode from the Reaper of Souls expansion.

Last night after I killed one of the treasure pigmies some loot and a rare random portal opened up to a level I've not seen before which was the Treasure Inner Sanctum and tons of cash and a huge chest which had the mother lode gold and 3 legendary item drops in one chest!



One of the legendary items was a Gem Boon of the Hoarder which will cause gold explosions when I kill enemies, my money problems are over!



Anyhow wondered if any other SimHQ folks still play Diablo3 or have revisited it recently?

played through it once upon release... since "always connected" was very lagging, even for SP... haven't revisited even thou I have the add-on, maybe a re-visit is in order.

I wish people exploded into money 25 percent of the time too...

Now that´s what I would call a treasure! Never saw something like that in Diablo 3 before!

Played a ton of the game after the release of the addon in spring alone and in coop mode together with my brother.

Even got it for the xBox 360 and it works wonderfully with the controller. Blizzard just nailed that one!
More fun on the console than on the PC with the more direct control of your character and the ability to dodge attacks from enemies.

I´m pretty sure I will get the latest edition for the xb1 also somewhere in the future.

Magnum if you have a Nvidia GPU and vsync enabled then the lag you see is the poor implementation of vsync in the game.

I had it too and resolved it by using D3DOverrider (now part of Rivatuner) and pointing it at the Diablo III.exe and using it to force triple buffering and vsync whenever the game is running, and disabled the builtin vsync in the game.

Solved the lag for me.

Frank, I picked up a copy of Diablo 3 for PS4 as well and love how fun it is with the controller much more direct gameplay, I play it a lot using Vita Remote Play.

BTW here is what that Gem of the Hoarder does with one of those trapped chests where you have to survive waves of attackers LOL, $101k loot from fighting off the horde and the 25% chance of gold explosion for each of them, I'm in the money now
