In my Steam library properties there is no line to disable updates. I would like to apply the Team Fusion mod.

Go ahead and install the TF Mod. Steam should not update this game anymore because the developer stopped working on it.

The "Do not automatically update this game" option was recently renamed to "Only update this game when I launch it" wink
