I've been hoping for this for years as I've played the Battle of the Bulge Mod in COH 1 to death!

This just in from Gamescom 2014 in Germany:

Company of Heroes 2: Ardennes Assault will be a new standalone expansion for COH 2. The expansion will cover the pivotal events of the Battle of the Bulge. The devs have stated that the dynamic SP Campaign will have many more missions than the original release of COH 2 included.

Release date will be November 18.

Yes, but it's still CoH2......meaning, I (and apparently a few others) weren't very impressed with CoH2. Just my opinion but giving me "many more (CoH2) missions" isn't very appealing. Here's hoping this is actually "more" than just more of the same.....if you get my drift!
