We have a LOT of options for air-to-ground in the MiG-21. This is a quick attack on some range targets with rockets and wing mounted gun pods.



OK, targets in sight. I have a panel above my gun sight that controls the gun pods but I'll start out with rockets.





OK, close enough!



Now I can set up for my guns run.



Everything is lined up and I fire a burst from both pods.





Maybe a touch short but not bad!

I never realised that the MiG-21 was also proficient in the A2G role. Cool shots - but where did you find this training area?

ED should really integrate that bombing range into their map (with permission of course). It is awesome..and I think we are all tired of bombing that abandoned airfield near Kobuleti.. LOL..
