I got a free copy of this game a long time ago from Coot on SimHQ and I finally got around to installing it and playing it today. I played Episode 1 and it was soooooo reminiscent to me of both "Twin Peaks" and the "X-Files". Love the setting and the atmosophere and the feeling like you're playing a part in a horror/suspense film.

Has anyone else here played this game?

Sure, I liked the story, specially after exiting the forest area, you will understand why.

It was an excellent game, the single issue I had with it is I wish it didn't always let you know you were under attack. Regardless it's very different in a good way.

I liked it. It was very well polished with essentially zero bugs and is one of the best looking PC games out there. I found the game itself to be fun and different from what I typically play.

No this game is banned out of spite, they promised use of multi core, then ms bought them out, they canceled the pc version wich was the only one to develop for xbox 360...and after how many years they brough it to pc ? FIVE EFFING YEARS was the exclusivity....screw them !!!

Anyone thinking ms bought tomb raider rise for a year is fooling themselves.

Excellent game, similar in many way to Max Payne in every positive way.

Great game. I do hope they are able to pull off someday what we all thought was coming and then got changed. I recall it first being designed to be a full open world game.

I don't think I've ever played a game where the flashlight was so vital. biggrin
