I have come to the conclusion that the only way to take a pilot through the war, and survive for more than a few weeks, is to use your backup and restore mod. I'm in the process of working my way through 1916 with a British pilot in 11 squadron, RFC. I intend to get through the entire war with this pilot. You and your mod are allowing me to do this. If I ever get the chance to be in the same bar with you, sir, you will not pay for a single drink!

Perhaps it's a fisherman's blessing. Which reminds me of one of the definitions of lutefisk: The piece of cod that passeth all understanding.

Three RFC Brass Hats were strolling down a street in London. Two walked into a bar, the third one ducked._________________________________________________________________________ Former Cold War Warrior, USAF Security Service 1974-1978, E-4, Morse Systems Intercept, England, Europe, and points above. Slick Wilhelm; I would love to be able to take full credit for the development of the backup / restore tool, but I only modified it to be compatible with WOFF. The original program was an OFF tool albeit less complex than the existing one but never the less fair credit is due to Herr-Prop-Wasche who developed it for OFF. I have no idea where he is today as I have not seen him log on for some time. That being said, I am more than willing to drink his allocated share on his behalf if we ever meet Slick! I'm glad it is working for you and I recommend everyone use the utility as it will save your bacon in the event of a WOFF crash or corruption where restore is necessary. Best Regards to all and thanks for the cudos, it is always nice to hear that you have done something useful for someone!
