My throttle on my X45 is not working properly.
It only responds from idle to a little less than half throttle in all of my flight sims.
Any movement beyond that, the sim does not increase power.
I tried to adjust the response curve with no success in Rise of Flight.
I checked my calibration in windows and it shows full movement.
I also checked this out in other sims(WOFF, MS Flight Simulator X, IL2)and the same thing is happening in them too.
I updated the drivers and and I don't recall if this was happening before, but I don't think so.
Is there anyway to get the old drivers to see if that's the problem?

I'll take any other suggestions.

Maybe unplug it, then uninstall the hardware device from device manager. Plug it back in and see if windows finds drivers and try?

No luck, I unplugged and deleted all of the Saitek drivers and software, and still not change.

Any other suggestions?

@ Corsaire31,

You might be right, but I can't figure out why it works in the Windows calibration but has stopped working in my flight sims!

Still no luck!

cuss2

I've tried uninstalling and installing new drivers, deleted all references to Saitek in the registry and reinstalled drivers.

Again, all works fine in Windows calibration, but in all of my flight sims I only get a shade under half throttle.

I'm about to crack the shell of my throttle to check the connectors. But that doesn't make sense because the throttle shows full range in the Windows calibration. Now the geek in me is getting irritated! alien
