Not very.
Don't expect them to be a decisive factor when they arrive, I'd take an arty spotter over an air spotter any day.

Strangely I find the fw190 to probably be the best at it. Totally dangerous to the various sorts of static guns. Followed by the po2, its slow speed seems to mean it get bombs closer its targets. The Il2 never seems to hit much. Stuka is hit or miss really. They all suck at hitting moving targets.

Yes,
Sometimes but not very often.
I did have 1 Stuka strike kill 2 T-26s in a quick battle once, but the armor on the T-26s are very thin.

Sometimes being key words. It is possible but vary unlikely. Non moving half tracks and light armor they can get lucky. Mobility kills of tanks I have had often enough. Total kills of tanks with air craft with ww2 air craft vary vary rare. In later more modern war DLC's much more common but still not a sure thing.

Hans Ulrich Rudel destroyed 519 Soviet tanks mostly on his Stuka...He was so successful that I think he was consulted by the Americans when they designed the famous A10 Thunderbolt the worthy successor of the JU87 Stuka and Henschel H129s.

Rudel flew 2,530 combat missions claiming a total of 2,000 targets destroyed; including 800 vehicles, 519 tanks, 150 artillery pieces, 70 landing craft, nine aircraft, four armored trains, several bridges, a destroyer, two cruisers, and the Soviet battleship Marat.[1]

Shows why I always found the open top APC a pain when it came to mortar fire. Called in fire from my Russian mortar platoon & managed to kill 3x 251s clapping

Sometimes, a little push is needed to keep a Bren Carrier to drive straight:

The su2 bomber i NEVER seem to finish. Hopefully I actually do complete this thing before to long. Well if I stop playing GTOS in my free time.

Night fight between my panzer 3 J short barrels VS kv1 heavy tanks. Had to get to knife range on the flanks to kill 2 of them. 3rd killed with off screen 105mm howitzers and a lucky shot.

Lost a lot of guys. Supporting infantry got mowed down by the KV-1s and my little light pz2's helped beat off the Soviet infantry while attempting to not get killed by the kv's. It actually worked out in the end. But extremely close fight. Night ended up helping me out a ton. No way could have pulled this off during a clear day.

He is the guy that killed that t34. Well the final nail in the coffin anyways. Used his hh3 anti tank thing on it and got lucky. And it appears he picked up a Kar 98 somewhere too. No idea why he does not have his mp38 or mp40 like he SHOULD have. biggrin Or maybe he had a P38. i have no idea other than he picked up a kar 98. The other squad leader a couple trenches over picked up an mg34 somewhere. LOL. I never really notice who or when the ai pick up weapons. Only something strange like this with officers.
