Ah, elephant. A kindred spirit. I, too, think that it is pure heresy to hang such things under the wings of the Sabre. However....Scoobe has a way of making everything look great. One of the best screenshot posters in SimHQ.

As for the AIM-9, its a 9B or a GAR-8. DCS modeled the F-86F. The PAF(Pakistan Air Force) used it with the GAR-8 in the Indo-Pakistani War of 1965.
It looks just like the 9L/M in sim but it isnt.

Used to LOVE that movie. Than I read the book. It's not even the same story. Now, when I watch the film, (I have it on DVD) it's almost painful to watch when it's not in the air.
