Just a few action shots from the best Total War game smile

Old enemies meet face to face as the Russians emerge from the smoke

Casualties from a failed Swedish cavalry charge

Whoops

Ottoman musketeers, I can't remember if these guys are Albanians or Armenians.

Bringing a bow to a gun fight

In this case I'm playing Darthmod which includes some visual and unit tweaks, I used to use Napoleonic Total War v3 which was good but the battles often took too long when you have limited play time.

Should have spent less on the ship and more on the defensive weapons wink

We spent all our money on snazzy uniforms for the officers!

As SDE stated, Darthmod is a must.

Then these as well. Both absolutely worth it.

started a game as the Danish with Darthmod and the massive unit sizes - looks beautiful but man this game is so much harder than vanilla

landed 4000 troops i forget where - small one province faction to south of Denmark, 6000 came out of the city, beat them, then 2500 reinforcements, beat them, just and now the city which i thought was empty has 5000 militia in

Yeah, it does ramp up the difficulty. I play on 'Normal' because I don't like all the bonuses given to the AI on the higher difficulties.

Bavarians get sweet looking helmets

Forget muskets, bugles are where it's at

Poor Austrian got cut down by the light horse

I have no idea, you can hide most of the UI in the options menu then just crop out the unit selection bar at the bottom of the screen, that's what I did.

It's the debug/cinematic camera, lets you go through objects and terrain and rotate to almost any angle.

Go to User\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Napoleon\scripts and inside preferences.script and look for default_camera_type 0;

Change the 0 to a 2

Also works for Rome and Shogun

Remember your drills?

If you're British it may bring a patriotic tear to the eye,
If you're American you may feel an overwhelming urge to pick up that rifle... biggrin

Someone tell him this isn't the hundred years war and we don't go lopping off French heads with swords anymore.

Face to face with the enemy

HYAAAAA!
