Today I mapped the fuel mixture to my Logitech Wingman throttle axis and love it.
No more button pressing and it is easier to fine tune by ear, and cut the engine if need be.

I use one of my Saitek quadrant levers (the red one, same I use in FSX and Rise of Flight) The blue one is for prop pitch in FSX and radiator in Rise of Flight. I agree it's more immersive than keyboard !

I used to have a CH Yoke with the three levers.

Is yours a yoke or a stick?

The quadrant on the left with the Cessna trim wheel, but I use a stick for everything.

On civilian airplanes the controls are in the center, so right from the pilot. But I would need a yoke as I can't do any joystick steering with my left hand... smile2 So I have the single seater military setup for everything (joystick in the right hand and levers on the left) !
