Can't remember seeing a pilot leap from his machine in WOFF...has he gone?

Yes although it was good to see him leap it was bad to see him float down later.

That's a shame... I rarely watched for long...and it added something to the realism...but, I can see your point

I never liked it in OFF. Acapulcostyle jump where they jumped the second you hit them instead of after the ac burning for a while, unlike in RB 3d (where the falling pilot sometimes even caught fire). Then the invisible parachute, the pilot sitting still in the cockpit although he bailed out etc. The other good thing about missing the bailout in WOFF is that in OFF it was always an indicator that the enemy is shot down. In WOFF sometimes they get out of control and use it as a trick to get away. If they would jump out immediately you would always know if they are shot down or just faking. I like the fact that it's not included, although if, then only when AC is burning and then jumping after some agonizing seconds, and without acapulco and invisible parachute. I like it like it is now.
