I tip my hat off to them for dedication, that's fer sure, but I would not exactly consider the stuff they eat to be "healthy" in spite of him saying otherwise.

It's a crazy sport, building up yourself to such extremes of girth specifically good for pushing your opponent out of a small circle but everyone of them who tried their hand at MMA got their legs kicked out from under them and then pummelled to a pulp by much leaner opponents.
It's funny if you watch the clip and all these guys in his class are saying they eat healthy by ingesting "high protein, 16+ sausages, several glasses of milk and anything lying around". You are just bulking up and not in a sensible way.
