I've run into a major issue on my PC, the mouse always slides down no matter what. I've tried uninstalling all my Logitech mouse drivers, fresh reebots, reboots without the mouse plunged in, reboots with no USB things connected at all, and no things worked.

The really annoying thing is that it works just fine on the login screen! Any ideas how to fix it? Its on my work PC (on tablet at the mo)so I can't get anything done

Try boot into safe mode and see if it persists. Maybe a system restore to before it started ?

Weird,my work PC does that as well. I never got to the bottom of it.

You're sure you have no input devices other than the kb attached when this is happening? I usually see it on laptops with the silly eraser-pointer thing in the middle of the kb not centering properly.

well, problem solved, seems windows got confused with my 2nd monitor somehow, good old quirks!
