Yeah, it's weird that everyone's keep mispelling it. I mean, Columbo was one of the best series, but the country's named after the explorer.

Well, for us Americans we learned to spell it the other way from when we were little.

Great game that absorbed a lot of a very boring, long shift.

Brazil not seems to be invulnerable. The match against Colombia will be a cracker. If they can take Naymar out off the match, there will be a chance of throwing Brazil out off the tournament. The defence of Brazil doesn`t look too good IMO.

So far the american teams really dominate.
Nobody expected the Dutch to have that much trouble.

The Dutch squeak thru with 2 very late game goals (88', 90+4'). Perseverance pays dividends. thumbsup

There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB.
The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed.
There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

And Robben once again merits his surname: the diver! shame, that the mexicans didn't get at least extra time game.

Robben should have had a penalty at the end of the first half, so consider it poetic justice. :P

+1

Also, even though Robben's fall was theatrical, it was nevertheless a clear foul and the penalty therefore justified: there is (illegal) contact, the Mexican player steps on Robben's foot.

Never knew of a difference, until one day I went digging through my older brother's LPs. "Any Colour You Like", oh man, I found a typo! smile Also "programme" from the EF2000 docs.

Congrats Costa Rica!

The Greeks simply had no idea.

The Netherlands were lucky IMO, although they played better to the end of the match.

yeah, congrats to Costa Rica, their awesome adventure will probably end soon, but they played very well and were never shaken under pressure (10 men, penalties).

What the #%&*$# does that mean?

They played as bad as we played with Japan, but no one's gonna say that.

I kind of disagree, i think Mexico let everything to the opponent, the ball and the territory, once they were winning, so i think they deserve to loose because of that.

Yeah Mexico lost it when they pulled out DosSantos at the 60min mark and decided to park the bus which encouraged Holland to go on the offense... too bad as I think they had it won, Holland deserved the win for picking up the pace there at the end.

Costa Rica really showed some heart playing with 10men for 60+ mins! Congrats to them and to both teams for a very dramatic finish.
