The engines glow looks great, when you get too close and it almost blinds you I hope they can add in some sort of engine wake effect if you get too close.

That's pretty common in a lot of space games too. I remember in the old X-Wing games you'd get buffeted around from engine wakes if you jammed your face into capital ship bums.
