Hi guys,

Is it just my eyesight or is a lot of the lettering on various dials switches inside the DCS World A-10C cockpit blurred and or not as clear as it should be ? even with max zoom it's hard to make out exactly what some of them are, is there a MOD fix for this ? I've looked at a couple of cockpit downloads but it was a lot of faffing around to get them in the right place, and I don't know if they would of been any better than those already present.

Appreciated

Just out of curiosity are your graphics settings that affect cockpit detail at maximum?

I have noticed little things like scratched paint is pretty low res, but I've never really had a problem reading the switch labels.

Hi peally,

No mate, I have just about everything on medium as I'm running an Asus core I5 2450M CPU @ 2.50GHZ with 6mgb Ram, Nvidia Ge force GT 635M, so it's not up there with the best but it runs the game with very few if any problems.
It's mainly the side panels that I can't see that well, like the reading around the Steerpoint switch eg, and the lights panel

I will take a look when I can, but a screenshot of what you're seeing would be helpful for comparison. The first thing I would try is turning textures and anisotropic filtering higher just to see the result. Looking online you're not nearly the first person to bring up the fact that their cockpits seem blurry.

Rgr Peally,

Thankyou, I'm going to try and play around with the settings and see if that makes a difference.

Stock lettering is a bit crappy. Try this:

HD quality. Description how to apply it also there.

Cheers

Hi Razor,

Downloaded it and gave it a go but ended up with an orange cockpit, I even downloaded JSGME but went instead for the direct route, no worries for now

Thanks anyway
