EDIT: since the release of the 4.3 mod update, there are now two flavours of the Malta campaign mod

1) A Standalone version with desert textures, not TF Mod compatible, containing 30 single missions (described in the OP of this thread)

2) A TF Mod compatible version, with autumn textures, which also contains two full REDUX style campaigns, here:

I can not download maltasetup1.exe at the first link. I click on download and nothing happens. When I try the other link there is no maltasetup1.exe to download. I can't get past this so that I can install Battle for Malta.

Certain amount of preparation (from ATAG?) for the malta scenario

Just a question of clarification here.

I recently re-downloaded CLOD and installed the TF mod clear up to current. 4.312 ? (I believe)

I then went and got the Malta pack and it said "Battle for Malta Megapack! For TF Mod 4.2 and later"

So I am assuming by that title that I can now install malta on the most current Version of CLOD TF.

My question is this,,, Do I need to take and make another copy of the game before the install of the Malta ?
Or is there a Way to have the Malta on there and Still play CLOD under the TF ver 4.3 for it's MP ??

Can the Malta Mod be installed and then Uninstalled bringing Clod TF back to 4.3 ?

You don't need to create a separate install for the TF mod version of the campaigns...they are TF Mod compatible and do not change your mod, they just add skins, missions, campaigns and map objects.

(There is a whole separate Malta mod available, with desert textures, that does require a seperate install but that one is not TF Mod compatible...clear as mud?). It is the one described in the OP of this thread, just go to page 1.

Regarding the TF Mod compatible version. I presume you downloaded from these links? These are the latest TF mod compatible versions...

If you have installed user campaigns before, you just follow the usual process for installing new campaigns and skins. As I said, this won't affect your TF mod files.

Thx. As Axis you really have to watch the AAA, loitering = death.

As RAF you don't have to go far to find trouble, it will usually find you as soon as you take off...

Er, being thick here, where does the Malta skin file go?????

You arent the thick one, I am if I didnt put that in the Readme!

Just drop the Malta skins folder into your Paintschemes folder
