BF4 does look great, especially compared to the PS3 version. I watched my nephew playing it last week,I was amazed at how well it looked.I saw him set off some demolition charge which resulted in a massive explosion that left a large crater. It was most impressive.

Welcome to the club. Kind of slim pickins right now. So far my best PS4 experience has been with MGSV Ground Zeroes. To me its the best example of what next-gen console gaming can be graphically, gameplay and presentation-wise. I'm also really enjoying Wolfenstein. I'm disappointed with Second Son and Watchdogs as they look like pretty games but have shallow, weak gameplay which defeats the purpose of a game. Still trying to give them a go but boy I'm not impressed at all. Will probably trade in Watch Dogs, put that credit on a steam card and buy Sniper Elite 3 when it comes out.
I hear BF4 looks great. Tempted to get it for PC though. Ground Zeroes was also a big surprise for me, in every way. Metal Gear games have always been a bit clunky and MGS4 just went a bit too heavy on the 'shooter' feel and didn't polish the sneaking aspect enough. However this time it feels like a great overall package. Also, the full game will feature much larger scenarios but the demo map was really, really open despite its size. You have so much freedom to do what you want which I love. Sneak, go rambo, drive around, do whatever you want combined with the excellent movement system. Game is a bit 'complicated' at first but when you nail all the controls, all the abilities, you feel like a badass agent. Besides that you have; Killzone: SF - worth it for the visuals and some of the shooting but that's about it. Infamous: SS - gets repetitive quite fast. I completed it and never looked back. Watch_Dogs - Eh, don't bother. There's few redeeming features and the only good part, online, quite a few people are having problems with. Can't connect, lag etc.

BF4 on ps4 is a big step up over ps3. Now I know what the PC guys have been raving about for years. But for me I like to play these games in the comfort of my couch with some friends on ps4.
The maps are HUGE. Had to relearn them pretty much compared to ps3. Also have to play different since there's 32 and 64 people in games not just 24. You have to be a little more cautious. Graphics are insane. Playing at 60fps is amazing. So much easier to see and aim with less jaggies and higher res graphics.
They are finally addressing the netcode and it has crashed less for me so now is the perfect time to get into it.
