Hi All,

When I fly the Sopwith Pup in QC the rate of fire is about 2x what it is in the Campaign mode. So just wondering which is the "correct" rate of fire for the Pup's Vickers gun. The rate of fire in the Campaign mode seems real slow, but that might be what it was. I like the QC rate of fire much better! Thanks

Campaign mode, as it will be correctly assigned as per your pilot date and craft. in QC you are technically messing with the timeline for the craft by selecting old/new craft compared to your date.

Thanks, so at the proper time in campaign mode eventually the Vickers rate of fire will improve? If my pilot lives that long.

The guns will change it's rate of fire within time, and also the sounds will change where necessary (invention of muzzlebooster, or switch from Parabellum to Spandau etc.).
It works as intended in Campaign of course. In QC it depends on at what date your pilot is created. so that is rather a sort of twilight zone.

They will even notify you in the campaign when the upgrades happen. It's really a fantastic touch!
