Hmmm...good one. Kinda has the looks of an Austin Healy. It is British, right?

It's a Kapusta 1200 Spyder.

A red car = Italian. maybe a Osca
There was only 16 squadrons of RAF fighters that used 100 octane during the BoB. The Fw190A could not fly with the outer cannon removed. There was no Fw190A-8s flying with the JGs in 1945.

Dunno, but it really looks Italian to me!

1+1 is a Ferrari.
Which kind? I'll ask my brother. He knows EVERYTHING. I'll report.

The driver seat is at the left. Hardly British.

It could be just about anything Italian. I was thinking maybe a Ferrari 212 chassis with a bespoke body. In that era they used a number of different designers to make bodies for factory built chassis. But that round badge looks more like a Lancia or Alfa Romeo. Also the grille is wrong for a Ferrari of that era. Goggling around for Italian sports racers of the 50s my best guess is an OSCA. Here is an OSCA MT4 of '55 for comparison. O.S.C.A.

The driver seat is at the left. Hardly British. I was just going on the shape/feel of the front end No worries. Wasn't directed at you. Just a general remark.
